Meat Grinders make a significant difference in reducing labor and maximizing efficiency. Here are a few tips for making the best
of your meat grinder.
Chill the ginding plates, knife, feed tube and auger in a freezer or ice bath before grinding meat.
Ensure consistent cuts of meat are used and feed it gently through the chute.
Maintain a sharp edge on the cutting blade, replace dull ones to improve performance.
Use a food-safe lubricant to keep all parts moving smoothly.
Do not grind bones in your grinder.
Thoroughly clean all components immediately after use.
